Creating an Airtable export URL

How to easily create a URL for exporting your Airtable data.

If you have not been automatically redirected after connecting Airtable, you can begin at step 1 by Starting at the top Nav bar and Selecting URLs > Create new data export URL > Create export URL from Airtable data

Method 1

Step 1

Select the Base, Table and View from your Airtable Data. This can always be changed later if you change your mind.

Give your Export URL a name. (This will also be the name of the downloaded file unless you overwrite it with a URL parameter.)

Press Select Fields

Review your data. You can change the field order, and deselect any unwanted fields.

Method 2

Step 1

Back on the Create URL Screen, press Use Airtable Link.

In Airtable, copy the URL of the base you would like to export.

Paste the link into CSV Getter

Press Submit

Copy your Export URL

If you want to export an Airtable where the fields are often deleted and added, use Method 2, as it is field independent.
